* Ruhige Siedlung im Grünen, hoher Ausbaustandard
* Bäckerei inkl. Kaffee direkt vor der Türe
* Waschmaschine & Trockner in der Wohnung
* Mehrheitlich eingerichtet, ausgenommen dein Zimmer

* Ich bin Pascal, 32 (m), sportbegeisterter mit einem Wirschaftsabschluss und arbeite seit fast vier Jahren im Business/IT Consulting in Zürich
* Habe einen aktiven Lebensstil und treibe viel (Outdoor-)Sport in der Region ZH und den Bergen, sei es Radfahren, Wandern, Laufen, Bouldern etc. Ich bin Schweizer (bin aber nicht in Zürich aufgewachsen), arbeite hauptsächlich von Büros in Zürich aus und bin sporadisch beruflich unterwegs
* Ich bin gut organisiert und habe langjährige WG-Erfahrung, da ich die soziale Seite des Zusammenlebens schätze

A 14m² room in my dream apartment will be available from mid-August – I'm therefore looking for someone who would like to share a flat / take over the room.

* Good public transport connections: B33 and B67 right outside the door (Sackzelg), 5-minute walk from Hubertus (T3), 7 minutes to Hardbrücke train station, 15 minutes to the main station (HB)
* Quiet residential area surrounded by greenery, high standard of construction
* Bakery right outside the door
* Washing machine & dryer in the apartment
* Mostly furnished except for your room


About Me



* I’m Pascal, 32 (male), sports enthusiast with a degree in business, and have been working in business/IT consulting in Zurich for almost four years.
* I do have an active lifestyle, do lots of (outdoor) sports in the Zurich area and the mountains—cycling, hiking, running, bouldering, etc.
* I’m Swiss (though I didn’t grow up in Zurich), mostly work from offices in Zurich, and occasionally travel for work.
* I’m well-organized and have many years of experience living in shared flats, as I value the social side of living together
