We’re offering more than a single room: two bright rooms separated by an open wall, about 31 m² in total, giving you your own little area within the house. For a couple, it works perfectly as a bedroom plus your own private place to relax, work or have friends over. For one person, it’s a rare amount of space for a bedroom, home office, reading corner or creative studio, whatever you need.

The house
The house is big, light and full of possibilities. There’s a fireplace for cosy winter evenings, a garden with a garden house for summer days, a hobby room with a drum set for making noise, and a large cellar with plenty of storage. With so many rooms, there’s always space to spread out, or to find a quiet corner. The house has 2 bathrooms.

Who lives here

Katerina (34) works in research
Christian (16), Katerina’s brother, is a student
Barnabas, our cat, works full-time protecting the house and will want to inspect every newcomer. He might get a dog for Christmas.

Who we’re looking for
We’d love to share the house with people who enjoy a big, lively home, whether that’s an evening by the fireplace, time in the garden or a chat in the kitchen. Since you’d be living alongside a small family with different ages and routines, being friendly, considerate and respectful matters to us. You should like cats (Barnabas insists), not mind a bit of drumming, or even better, join in, and ideally have your own ideas for enjoying all the space this house has to offer.
