\- The apartment is right next to Oberzollikofen train station from where you can reach Bern Banhof in 15 minutes. In radius of 100 meters you have literally everything you need: Coop, Denner, Aldi, Pharmacy, Ottos, 2 gyms, Turkish store (with fresh bread) and buses in all directions. On Friday and Saturday you have buses until 4am from Bern city center. You have parks and forest around the house. There is gas BBQ on the balcony that can be used. We have 1 parking space available in the garage which is part of the building where the apartment is located. There is also besucher (visitors) parking behind the building for free use. The ping pong table is in the common area outside. The big cellar that comes with the apartment is on -1 floor. The apartment is on the second floor and you can use the lift. On floor -1 there is also the bicycle room and the washing rooms (washing machines + tumble dryers). You can wash clothes 24/7 (Sunday included), but must book it on the shared calendar. All the doors are protected with a key.

\- The apartment is fully furnished. There are 2 bedrooms (1 occupied already by Luca) and 2 bathrooms. We will share the garderober (wardrobe) room where you have enough space for all of your clothes. There are additional wardrobes in the walls in the corridor where you have more than enough space for anything. The electricity bill is additional, we will split it in half (usually around CHF 25-30 per month). Usually there is no need for the heating in winter since the isolation is very good, but it is up for use if needed (floor heating).

\- What is expected from you is to keep up to the building rules (no noise after 10pm in the evening and be respectful towards the neighbours + no pets allowed). The isolation is quite good, soundproof as well, but just in case I want you to be aware. It is expected to clean after yourself and in general keep the apartment tidy.
