ABOUT US:

We are 2 guys in our 40s (Austrian and French), open minded international people. Our philosophy is to keep the house very clean. It is a smoke and pet free house.

The flat tends to be a business/adult-purpose shared flat. We are both entrepreneurs in the IT industry (data analytics and cybersecurity) and serve international clients in Switzerland, Europe, and Asia. This also means that you may find that more often that you will have the whole flat for yourself. Especially during the winter when we travel a lot and escape for longer periods to warmer areas.



THE FLAT:

It is a 105m2 apartment with 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and a large living room with dining area and a balcony with beautiful views of the Alps and the lake.



YOUR ROOM:

Your room is very bright and has 2 big windows and a lake view towards Rapperswil. Your room comes with your own private bathroom with a shower. The furniture visible in the pictures can be taken over for CHF 600.



CONNECTIONS:

SOB train station and bus station is almost on the doorstep.

Good train connection every 15 minutes to Zürich HB and to Zürich/Kloten Airport

Easy motorway access

Close to Coop, Denner, Post office

Wonderful balcony facing the lake and the mountains, view direction to the east (Rapperswil)



COSTS:

The rent is CHF 1'195 per month. The price is all-inclusive and includes all operating costs (electricity, water, serafe, fees for waste, sewage, internet, heating).
