It is very spacious (25m2 rectangular), very well connected, 3 trams and 2 bus nearby as well as many grocery stores and restaurants.

Cleaning of shared area is included in the price.
The person needs to be okay with pets, one if the flatmates has a dog.
No need for an insurer or work registration papers, 2 months worth of deposit will be required in the beginning of the lease.
