Hey there! We are looking for a new tenant from the 1st of September 2025 for our nice 4-WG in Zurich Wollishofen.

The apartment is well located, 2 min walking to Renggerstrasse (Tram 7), 5 min to Morgental (Bus 72/66) and Bahnhof Wollishofen, and 5 min to the lake, the Rote Fabrik, as well as Migros, Aldi, and Coop. The WG is located on the first floor of a beautifully renovated villa.

It offers a huge hall with a lot of storage space, a big renovated kitchen (incl. dishwasher, oven, marble counter...), an amazing living room and a balcony (both with lake view), and 2 bathrooms. On top of that, we have a private garden with a dining table and space to grow some plants and veggies. What is more, we share a bigger garden with the two other flats of the villa, which is often available for summer BBQs and gatherings! In the basement, there is our cellar and a shared washing machine and open-air dryer rack. We also have a covered outside bike parking space! The room to rent is approximately 14m2. Rent is CHF 1200 (internet, heating, electricity and cleaning lady) and the deposit is CHF 2000.

We are a lively community of young professionals. We enjoy cooking together a nice meal or sharing meals spontaneously, as well as going outdoors or socialising / outgoing together when we have time and energy. From time to time we organize dinners or gatherings in the flat, but we also enjoy spending calm time together or individually.

Your flatmates will be Koen (26) PhD student in Biochemistry at ETH. He likes hiking, football and snowboarding, and is a BBQ enthusiast. Antonio (27) from Italy, extremely extroverted and loves to connect and meet friends and works for a biotech startup. Emma (29) is an entrepreneur working from home. She loves quiet evening spent reading and long walks and she'll offer you cake when she bakes.

English is spoken in the flat :)

We are looking for a like-minded person who would be interested in sharing stories and time together in the WG, while taking well care of it and also enjoying some personal space. At the moment, the main tenancy is shared by Koen and myself, though there is a chance Antonio will take over my share. It would be a plus if you are in a position to become a main tenant yourself and would be open to taking on that role in the future. As a main tenant, you will always share the tenancy and responsibility with Koen, making it a team effort rather than a solo task.
