It's a 3.5 room flat, not very big but well laid out, with a balcony. The flat is super well located, near Kalkbreite, supermarket is only 5min walk. You can find nice bars and restaurants in the area but the neighborhood remains very quiet.

The room that I'm subrenting is not big but furnished with a bed, a hanging rail and a small table&chair. The room is located on the courtyard side of the flat and so it's very quiet. It's currently available as I'm subrenting only times to times.

I'm renting the room from 1st of December2024 till end of February 2025 but I am flexible with the dates.

I'm looking for a flatmate who's communicative, respectful and who keeps sharing areas clean and tidy (bathroom and kitchen).

About myself, I am a french girl working in chemical industry. I love traveling, cooking, and having friends for aperitif (mostly on weekends). I'm not the kind of flatmate who wants to have hundred rules in the flat. I believe that we use common sense.
