We're excited to offer a cozy room for rent in our flat at Köchlistrasse 35, right in the heart of Wiedikon—one of the best areas in Zurich, with great cafes, parks, and transport links just steps away. The apartment is brand new and fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher.
You'll be sharing the space with Pietro and Cosimo—two friendly Italians in our late twenties, both working in finance.
Please note: To move in, you'll need to purchase a portion of the existing furniture (approximately 1,700 CHF).
The room is available starting December 1st.
