We are looking for a new flatmate in our 3.5-room apartment in Zurich's Kreis 5 district starting October 1. The price is 1150 CHF/month. The location is perfect. It is three tram stops from the main train station or a 10-minute walk to Hardbrücke station. Josefwiese is right outside the door and the street is extremely quiet, yet only a few minutes' walk from the lively Langstrasse. It is also only a few minutes walk to the Limmat River.
It is an old building and does not have a balcony. The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and a rack with storage space. There is a livingroom. We are only looking for someone for long term! So if you are in Zurich only for a few months, this apartment is not for you. If you are a non-smoker and are extremely bothered by occasional smoking, this apartment is also not for you. You would have 2 lovely roommates.

Es sind drei Tramhaltestellen bis zum Hauptbahnhof oder 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Bahnhof Hardbrücke. Die Josefwiese liegt direkt vor der Tür und die Straße ist sehr ruhig, dennoch ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß an der belebten Langstrasse. Es ist nur einige Gehminuten zum Limmat Fluss.
Es handelt sich um ein altes Gebäude ohne Balkon. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett, einem Kleiderschrank und einem Regal mit Stauraum ausgestattet. Wir suchen nur jemanden für längerfristig! Wenn du also nur für ein paar Monate in Zürich bist, ist diese Wohnung nichts für dich. Wenn du Nichtraucher bist und gelegentliches Rauchen dich extrem stört, ist diese Wohnung ebenfalls nichts für dich. Du hättest zwei liebevolle Mitbewohner.
