I’m looking for someone to take over my cozy room in a 2-person shared apartment in the center of Zürich next to Limmatplatz for January – February 2026 (flexible period).

The room is 14 m2, in a very big flat with 1 bathroom (with bathtub), a huge kitchen, a cozy living room, a balcony and a separated office space with desk / chair / screen (second floor).
Laundry / drier in the flat.

* Röntgenstrasse bus stop (2min)
* Limmatplatz (5min)
* Denner open until 11pm (2min) and Migros at Limmatplatz
* Close to Langstrasse but actually very quiet as it’s in a side street with no car going next to the flat !
* Top floor so no step noises, quiet flat.

Flatshare life

You’d be living with the best flatmate ever. She is very easy-going, always in a good mood and with a story to tell. Up for dinner and activities, but of course also chill evenings ! She speaks German (native), English and Spanish.


Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a chill easy going person in their mid-twenties/thirties, who is respectful, reliable and who would be a good fit for a 2-person flatshare and takes good care of the apartment.
