As I will be traveling from October 1st 2024 until January 1st 2025 (and maybe longer), I will sublet my room during this period. The apartment is located on Jenatschstrasse - literally a stone’s throw from Rentenwiese/Lake Zurich and 5 minutes walk from the city center of Zurich. Probably the best location in Zurich!

The room is fully furnished, 15 square meters, and has a private balcony (approx. 3 sqm). The apartment has another big balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, a bathroom, an extra toilet, high speed internet, and washing machine + tumble dryer in the apartment.

You will share the apartment with two young professionals (mid/late 20s). They are both traveling a lot, so you might have the apartment for yourself at times.

The price will be CHF 1'750/month. This includes:

\- Professional cleaning every other week

The room will be vacant from October 1st until January 1st (and potentially until February 26th or March 1st).
