We’ve got a lovely, bright room (about 12.6 m²) with two windows that let's you enjoy the morning sun – perfect for starting your day on a positive note. The room comes furnished but you can add your own personal touch and really make it your space.

* Rent: 670 CHF/month (includes utilities, high-speed internet, and weekly cleaning for common areas a robo-vacuum free to use anytime)
* Deposit: 1,640 CHF
* Garage Parking: Approx. 140 CHF/month (subject to availability – to be arranged with the Vervaltung)
* Additional items to purchase: wardrobe (150 CHF), bed (300 CHF), wall pictures (150 CHF total) and mounted clothes rail (30 CHF) - this is a must :)

A little about us:
We’re five flatmates in our mid-20s to early 30s, coming from different parts of the world, and we’re all pretty easy-going and respectful. Here’s who’s here now:

* Sophie (France): A caring babysitter accompanied by her adorable dog
* Leonardo (Brazil): A free-spirited music lover and passionate aviation engineer

Additional details:

The washing machine and dryer are shared by all tenants in the building (there are 4 flats total). Each flat has its own designated laundry days — for us, it’s usually from Tuesday to Thursday, so laundry is easy and well-organized.
