I am giving up my room in a shared flat in 8053 Zurich, available from February 2026.

The room is 15.5 m² and part of a four room apartment shared with two female students from UZH and ETH. It can be rented either furnished or unfurnished. The room is currently equipped with a large bed (180 × 210 cm) and a spacious wardrobe, both of which can be purchased if you would like to take them over.

The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, as well as a spacious living room with access to a sunny balcony. A shared washing machine and dryer are available in the building.

The flat is located in a calm residential area while still being very well connected. The bus stops Waserstrasse and Drusbergstrasse (line 31) are just around the corner. From there, it takes about 10 minutes to reach Kunsthaus near UZH and ETH Zentrum, 15 minutes to Bellevue, and around 20 minutes to Zurich HB. Grocery stores, a pharmacy, and other shops in Zentrum Witikon are only a five minute walk away.

The shared flat has a sociable and friendly atmosphere, while still offering enough space for everyone to retreat when needed. Wi Fi is available for an additional fee.
