Looking for a replacement for the main tenant in a 2-room shared flat in Wiedikon.

The room is large and bright until late in the evening. The kitchen, bathroom, and a large (15m2) storage room on the same floor is shared with one other tenant, and the building also has a shared garden for parties and grilling. It's at a very central location with restaurants, bars and many shops in walking distance.

Zürich HB is 15 minutes by public transport and 10 minutes by bike. Industriequartier is just 10 minutes and ETH/UZH main campus is 30 minutes by public transport. There is also a large coop just 5 minutes on foot.

Note: The room comes with different furniture than on the picture. It comes with a single bed, two chairs (optional) and a wardrobe. There is additionally a double bed for sale if needed.

Das Zimmer ist gross und bis spät abends hell. Küche, Bad sowie ein grosser Abstellraum (15 m²) auf derselben Etage werden mit einer weiteren Person geteilt. Ausserdem gibt es im Haus einen Gemeinschaftsgarten, der sich gut für Partys und Grillabende eignet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral - Restaurants, Bars und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar.

Der Zürcher Hauptbahnhof ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in 15 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Das Industriequartier ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt und der ETH/UZH-Hauptcampus ist in 30 Minuten mit dem ÖV erreichbar. Ein grosser Coop ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

Hinweis: Das Zimmer wird mit anderer Möblierung als auf dem Bild vermietet. Es ist mit einem Einzelbett, einem Kleiderschrank und optional zwei Stühlen ausgestattet. Zusätzlich steht ein Doppelbett zum Verkauf, falls benötigt.
