We are a shared house with 5 adults and a baby (1 year old) and are looking forward to a new roommate. The contract is limited to June 30, 2025, but there could also be an extension.

The additional costs include 150 CHF for shared food (vegetables, cheese, rice, etc., all organic), as well as 48 CHF for a cleaning lady (every 2 weeks).

The Katzensee is 5 minutes away by bike. The Affoltern S-Bahn station is a 7-minute walk.

You can reach the city center in 20-25 min by bicycle or in 15-20 minutes with public transport.
