I'm traveling until the end of May 2026 and am looking for a reliable subtenant (female or male) for my room in our cozy apartment in Zurich Wollishofen, just a two-minute walk from the lake.

The apartment has 4 rooms, and your room is equipped with a king-size bed with a projector, a desk, and a wardrobe – perfect for a comfortable stay. You’ll be sharing the apartment with Andreas (Swiss, 45) and our friendly cat, Komodo.

The living room offers a comfy sofa, a dining table, and a smart TV, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. The bathroom is small but lovely, with a bathtub. Outside, we have a beautiful large garden with a BBQ area and seating – perfect for relaxing or enjoying cozy evenings.

TV license, internet, and electricity are all included in the monthly rent of 1200.–. This is the perfect spot if you’re looking for a quiet yet well-located place near the lake!
