My name is Thomas and I'm looking to subrent a room in my 100m2 3,5 maisonette. The room is around 15m2, on the top floor and is furnished.

The apartment is modern, well furnished, as I'm an architect myself, with a fully equipped kitchen ( from espresso machine to pizza mixer and Italian pasta maker) and a small private garden for bbq or just chilling. There are two bathrooms, a large living dining room with a piano and a washing/tumbler tower in the apartment. As for the location, is just 8 minutes from Stettbach Bahnhof and only 15 min from Zurich HB. Tram 7 and Tram 9 are also 5min walking distance.

I'm 43yo myself, originally from Greece but living in Zurich since 2012. I'm running my own studio as an artist downtown so I have standard working hours. I enjoy music, outdoors, cycling, hiking, cooking, a good movie and a good gathering with friends. I forgot to mention that you will need to be accepted by my lovely 6yo female dachshund too.
