Nous avons une chambre de 25 m² qui se libère, et ce, dès que tu seras prêt à emménager, selon ton agenda. La chambre est déjà meublée, donc pas besoin de te tracasser avec ça.

L'appart est parfait pour n'importe quel genre, tant que tu es dans la tranche d'âge de 30 à 60 ans. Nous ne sommes qu'une seule femme vivant ici pour le moment, mais nous serions ravis d'accueillir un nouveau coloc peu importe ton genre.

Bonne nouvelle si tu aimes l'extérieur : il y a un balcon. Et si tu es un fan d'animaux, un border collie habite avec nous.

Pour les fumeurs, tu pourrais fumer ici. Et pour rester connecté, nous avons le WiFi à disposition.

Petit plus, la chambre offre sa propre salle de douche privée, alors tu auras ton espace personnel pour te préparer le matin.

Si tu as une voiture, un parking est également dispo.

Nous parlons allemand, anglais et français. Pour info, nous sommes tous salariés, donc nous avons un rythme de vie assez stable.
