I’m looking for two flatmates from March 1st, following the signing of my new lease.

The apartment is located in Wollishofen (right across from the train station): very large, modern, with a lake view — a real favourite! It will be furnished by me (except for the bedrooms).

Rent and utilities are approximately CHF 1,250 per person (cost split to be defined). The security deposit is around CHF 3,000.

The lease runs until September 2026 (negotiable), with the possibility of extension until September 2027.

About me: my name is Yannick (26), I’m from Brussels and recently moved to Zurich to work in the reinsurance sector. As I’m new here, I’d really like to create a nice flatshare atmosphere and share good times together.

Unfortunately, in-person visits won’t be possible before March 1st, when I receive the keys.
