We are looking for a someone to take over a room in an awesome penthouse for the months of April and May.

The room will be available from the 1st of April 2026 (can be a bit later if preferred).

About the room:
It's a large bedroom with access to an equally large terrace, an amazing view over the city, and enough space for all your essentials. You share a bathroom with one roommate. The room is currently furnished but certain items may still be taken by the previous tenant upon conversation.

The room is rented unfurnished, with a possible takeover of the furniture from the previous flatmate. As it is a short-term rental, the deposit consists of 1 month's rent.

About our great top floor penthouse:
The place has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (incl. showers), 1 huge kitchen/living room with 2 fridges and a dishwasher. In total there are 4 big roof terraces, two of which accessible from the common area which is perfect for chilling, BBQ, some workouts (we have a mini gym on one terrace) or just some beers.
We also have a basement, for storage and our own washing machine and dryer. Other perks are a cleaning lady twice a month and ultra fast 10Gbps internet.

Our location:
We are very well connected to all you need: tram 3 and bus 80 and 67 are only 3 minutes away on foot, allowing you to reach the city center in 10-15 minutes. Supermarkets like Migros, Coop and Denner are only a few minutes away, as well as several restaurants. Bonus: the Uetliberg is literally a 2 minute walk away, which offers plenty of options for hiking, mountain biking, and just a nice outdoor walk.
