Hello everyone!!! Unfortunately, our housemate will be leaving us soon, so we are looking for a new person to share the WG with us starting from 20 January 2025 (as a last resort from 1 February)!

The flat is situated in a very central location, between the Wiedikon district and Albisieriplatz. There are two bus stations right in front the building and the Tram-stations of Hubertus and Thalwiesenstrasse are 7 minutes’ walk away. And for those who like to do their daily shopping, the flat is above a COOP supermarket.
The apartment has all the comforts: A large open space with kitchen, dining/living are, two bathrooms (one of them dedicated to the washing machine with tumble dryer), Wintergarden and a large cellar.

The communal spaces are already furnished. The room will be either furnished or unfurnished, details below.

Available for purchase are:

- 350.- IKEA bedframe and mattress bought in July 2024
- 80.- height adjustable desk
- 80.- office chair
- 20.- drawer

The monthly rent is 1124 CHF (additional cost included) plus 100 (+/-) CHF of Internet / Electricity / Weekly cleaning service.

You will be sharing the flat with José (29 - Architect) and Martin (35 - Applications Engineer). We are both easy-going people and we respect our own spaces/moments, but we also love to chat in the evenings (after work) and share moments together. In the flat we speak English, German and Portuguese.
