Die WG liegt im schönen Wohnquartier Gundeli, nahe Tellplatz, Basel HB und nur 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus und Migros/Coop Pronto (täglich bis 22 Uhr geöffnet) sind nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Küche mit Backofen/Geschirrspüler/Waschmaschine/Tumbler/Grill und einen schönen Balkon, auf dem im Sommer das Grillen ein Muss ist. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, den Garten gemeinsam mit den anderen Nachbarn des Gebäudes zu nutzen. Da es sich um eine Wohngemeinschaft handelt, besitzt jeder 1/3 der Möbel und es kostet 400 CHF pro Person.

The shared flat is located in the nice residential neighbourhood of Gundeli, close to Tellplatz, Basel HB, and only 10 min by bike to the city center. The tram station is in front of the house and Migros/Coop Pronto (open everyday until 22) are only 5 min on foot away.

The flat has a big kitchen with oven/dishwasher/washing machine/tumbler/barbecue grill, with a nice balcony where in the summer barbecue are a must. There is also the possibility to use the garden shared with the other neighbours of the building. As this is a shared flat, everyone owns 1/3 of the furniture and it costs 400CHF each.

The flatmates are two friendly guys (aged 28-33)
