I’m looking for a friendly, clean, communicative, and non-smoking flatmate to sublet my room in a 3.5-room apartment. Here are the details:

The Place:
The apartment is located in Hongg, between Meierhofplatz and ETH Honggerberg. It’s fully furnished. The space is bright and includes a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom.
It’s well-connected, with excellent public transport options. In ~5 minutes walking distance you can find, ETH Honggerberg campus, Coop, Migros, Denner, post office, swimming pool, gym, tram line 13 and bus lines 80, 46, and 69.

Looking for:
I’d love to sublet the room to someone who’s friendly, respectful, and reliable. I’d like to organize the household as a team, so good and open communication is particularly important. Open to M/F flatmates. You will share the apartment with one flatmate (M, 24) currently PhD student at ETH.

Duration: 15/06/2025 - 31/08/2025 (there is a possibility for extension)
