Hi! I'm Aurélien (29) and I'm looking for a friendly, considerate flatmate to share a sunny
105 m² modern ground-floor flat.


🛏️ The
room is the 13.1 m²
one on the plan and
available from 1st November
for
1294 CHF per month
(including charges and wifi). It is not furnished, so you will be able to adjust it to the vibe you want.

🫧We have 2 bathrooms so you can have your own.
There is also a spare room (the one next to the kitchen, 16 m²) that can become a home office space or anything else if you have good ideas.

🏡The
flat
is colourful, relaxed, already furnished and has a lot of life (plants). The
kitchen
has a dishwasher, oven (with steamer), barista coffee machine and everything else you need.

🧼The
washing machine and dryer
are shared in the building (you only need to book a slot when needed) and is quite often available.
🌄The
terrace
has a covered lounge area with barbecue and still some space for more tomatoes or aromatic plants :)

📍In terms of
location,
we are about 15 min by foot away from Baden station (or 5 minutes with a bus) and 12 minutes away from Wettingen station (3-4 minutes by bus).

🧍‍♂️ About myself, I work as an engineer in Baden (English, French and a bit of German). I like outdoor activities (biking, hiking, ...) and hence spend quite some time outside. Other than that, I enjoy discovering new artsy activities.

About you: Ideally you are working, between 25 and 35 years old. You have no pets and don't smoke inside.
