The Apartment
You will be living with two young adults (20 and 21 years old) who are studying and working. The home is quiet, friendly, and well-organised.
The apartment is bright and offers:

• a spacious living room

• shared laundry room + washer and dryer inside the apartment
• bicycle storage
• basement storage room

The Room
A large single room (the biggest in the apartment), unfurnished.
The rest of the apartment is fully furnished.

Costs
• Rent: 996 CHF per month
• Electricity: around 150 CHF every three months
• Internet: to be arranged with the current flatmates
• Deposit: one month’s rent (adjustable depending on administrative requirements)
