Hi zusammen,

ich suche ab dem 01.01.2026 eine/n Mitbewohner/in, die/der mit mir zusammen als Hauptmieter/in die Wohnung übernimmt. Zusätzlich suchen wir auch noch eine/n dritte/n Mitbewohner/in.

Die Wohnung liegt in toller Lage, nur 3 Minuten vom Bahnhof Wiedikon entfernt, in einem Neubau mit gleich drei Balkonen. Ich selbst ziehe bereits im Oktober ein, meine aktuellen Mitbewohner/innen ziehen Ende Jahr aus – ab dann übernehme ich den Mietvertrag.

Zu mir: Ich bin Zürcherin, habe die letzten 10 Jahre in Hamburg gelebt, liebe Outdoorsport und arbeite im Bereich PR & Marketing.

ps: Die Warmmiete beträgt durchschnittlich ca. 1900.- CHF pro Person, abhängig davon, welches Zimmer man nimmt.

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a flatmate to join me as a main tenant from January 1, 2026. We’ll also be looking for a third flatmate to share the place with us.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, just a 3-minute walk from Wiedikon station. It’s a modern building with three balconies. I’ll be moving in this October, and since my current flatmates are leaving at the end of the year, I’ll be taking over the contract from January.

A bit about me: I’m originally from Zurich, spent the last 10 years living in Hamburg, love outdoor sports, and work in PR & Marketing.
