A bedroom is freeing up in my apartment at the turn of the new year. The apartment has: two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a small balcony, and separate rooms for the toilet and shower. It's in a super quiet, non-smoking building immediately next to the Hagenbuch bus stop. Only a couple minutes' walk to Silberturm mall. The room is freeing up because my roommate is leaving SG after wrapping up his PhD.

You would share the tenancy with me, a 30-year-old American man starting his PhD at HSG. I moved to SG one month ago. Before that, I lived in Lausanne for two years and then in Zurich for one. My chief interests are reading and exercising. I would say I usually end up quite social outside the apartment, which means I tend to use time at home to recharge. I'm looking for someone who wants to keep the home peaceful, clean, and open to occasional visitors. I'd be happy to talk books or go for the occasional run/via ferrata as well :)

Also, you should be comfortable living with a cat!!
