The two-storey 5.5 room apartment is only a 5-minute walk from Marktplatz (main square) and has a bus stop (Singenberg) in the immediate vicinity. The walk to the university is about 20 minutes and you can get there by bus in 15 minutes.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and features a balcony, a dishwasher, an attic, its own cellar compartment and its own washing machine and dryer. You will share the flat with 3 other students (2W/1M) from the HSG.
The room will be available from the beginning of June/July 2025 and is 18m2 in size. The monthly rent is 600 CHF.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock und hat einen Balkon, einen Geschirrspüler, einen Dachboden, ein eigenes Kellerabteil sowie eine eigene Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die WG wirst du mit 3 anderen Studenten (2W/1M) von der HSG teilen.
Das Zimmer wird ab Anfang Juni/July 2025 frei und ist 18m2 groß. Die Miete beträgt 600 CHF.
