Looking for a new place to call home? :)

I am renting out a fully furnished room in a very bright and large apartment in Zurich City , between bus stops Sackzelg (bus 72) and Langgrütstrasse. Tram station Hubertus (tram nr 3).
3 people in total would be living in this flat;

The rooms are large and come with a double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rack, night table, desk,chair, one room has a private 36m2 terrace and the other room has its own balcony. All bills (water, heating, electricity, gas, internet) are included. Cleaning of the common areas two times a month is also included.

Rest of the house: The kitchen is equipped with all dishes, pots & pans, toaster and waterboiler, and dishwasher.

All main shops are close and there are multiple buses and trams near the apartment that take you into the city in no time. Zurich main train station is less than 15 minutes away and public transport runs from 5 am to close to 1 am during the week. During the weekends, multiple night busses stop next to the apartment.

The cellar has a washing machine and tumbler.

Everything is done with a contract! I use the standard template form from the canton of Zurich.
