Untermiete/Room in WG until end of November
As I'm moving to own apartment, I'm looking for someone to take over my contract for a room in WG, until the end of November. Starting end of July/beginning of August. Shorter sublets also possible. Longer upon agreement with rental agency.

The room is located in the heart of Kleinbasel, in an historic building with many shops, coffee places and Saturday Farmers Market just around the corner. It is quite large, facing the garden and has a nice loggia with afternoon sun. It is furnished with desk, two chairs (one working chair), a bed and large closet. The loggia has some basic furniture as well (as on the picture).

The WG is for 4 people, although there are mostly 2-3 people living there at the same time (the rental agency is a bit slow...). In this type of WG you definitely get a lot of privacy. It is also equiped with dishwasher, own washing maschine, large fridge, many storage spaces and a bathtub. Room would be best for working person. The rent time can be prolonged. No deposit or extra costs
