My name is Maithan. I'm going on a trip from 18/01 until 27/02 and during this time I'm renting out my room in a 4-rooms shared flat.


The apartment is located in Eptingerstrasse (4052 - Basel) - Fourth floor without lift.

It's a two-floors apartment, the lower one with four bedrooms, one toilet and one bathroom. The kitchen and the living-room are in the upper floor, which has windows in all sides with some nice views of the city.

The room is 12m², furnished with one single-bed, couch, table, seat, clothes rack, shelves...


Rental price: 535 CHF/monthly
Additional costs: 25 CHF/monthly
Deposit: 535 CHF (returned at the end of the rental period)

You are gonna share the flat with other three music students that are kind and easy-going people.

Preference for renting out for the whole period.
