Nach zwei Jahren WG-Leben zieht meine Mitbewohnerin Ende April nach Basel. Deshalb wird in unserer gemütlichen 4.5-Zimmer-Wohnung an der Elsastrasse (Nähe Lochergut) zum 1.5. ein Zimmer frei.

Zur Wohnung:

95 m², Altbau mit viel Licht, Balkon bei der Küche (perfekt für Kaffee oder Feierabendbier), voll ausgestattete Küche mit Esstisch, separates WC (mit Fenster) und Bad (mit Fenster und zwei Lavabos). Keller gibt es natürlich auch, und für treppenfaule Tage einen Lift bis zu uns in den 2. Stock.

Die Zimmer:

Zimmer 1: 14 m² - CHF 1’200

Zimmer 2: 16 m² - CHF 1’200

Beide zusammen - CHF 1’750

Wichtig: es wird eine Zweier-WG bleiben, solltest du also nur ein Zimmer nehmen wollen, ist das total okay, dann nehme ich das andere, es wird keine dritte Person bei uns einziehen.

Zu mir:

Ich bin Tobias (45), arbeite Vollzeit und bin beruflich wie privat viel unterwegs. Meine Hündin Lola (so labradorgross, ungefähr) ist ungefähr die Hälfte des Jahres bei mir, du solltest also Hunde mögen. Zuhause ist für mich ein entspannter Rückzugsort, keine Party-WG. Ein Küchentalk, Kaffee oder ein Feierabendbier auf dem Balkon passt immer - ansonsten hat natürlich jeder seinen eigenen Rhythmus.

Saubere Gemeinschaftsbereiche sind mir wichtig; wenn dir das ebenfalls selbstverständlich erscheint, sind wir vermutlich schon auf einer guten Wellenlänge.

Zu dir:

Aus welcher Stadt/ aus welchem Land du kommst oder was du genau arbeitest oder studierst ist mir nicht so wichtig wieder Umstand, dass wir ähnliche Vorstellungen vom Zusammenleben haben: respektvoll, unkompliziert, sauber und ordentlich genug, damit sich alle wohlfühlen.

After two years of shared flat life, my current flatmate is moving to Basel at the end of April. This means a room will become available in our cozy 4.5-room apartment on Elsastrasse (near Lochergut) from May 1st.

About the apartment:

95 m² Altbau apartment with lots of natural light. There’s a balcony off the kitchen (perfect for coffee or an after-work beer), a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a separate toilet (with window), and a bathroom (also with a window and two sinks). There’s also a cellar, and for days when you don’t feel like taking the stairs, a lift that goes up to our floor (2nd floor).

The rooms:

Room 1: 14 m² - CHF 1’200

Room 2: 16 m² - CHF 1’200

Both together - CHF 1’750

Important: this will remain a two-person flatshare. If you only want one of the rooms, that’s completely fine - I’ll simply use the other one for myself. We won’t add a third person to the apartment.

About me:

I am Tobias (45), working full time and often traveling for work and privately. My dog Lola (roughly Labrador-sized) stays with me about half the year, so you should definitely like dogs.

For me, home is a relaxed place to unwind rather than a party flat. A kitchen chat, coffee, or a beer on the balcony is always welcome, but everyone also has their own rhythm and space.

Keeping shared spaces clean is important to me - if that feels natural to you as well, we’ll probably get along well.

About you:

Where you’re from, what city or country you come from, or exactly what you do for work or study isn’t that important to me. What matters more is that we share similar values when it comes to living together: respectful, easygoing, and tidy enough so that everyone feels comfortable.
