Hallo alle,

meine Mitbewohnerin Kate zieht zu Ende April nach 2 Jahren WG-Leben nach Basel und damit aus unserer zu zweit geteilten 4.5 Zimmer WG im schönen Kreis 4 (Elsastrasse, nahe Lochergut) aus. Wir suchen deswegen bereits jetzt eine/n aufgestellte/n, nicht rauchende/n Mitbewohner/in, der/die längerfristig Interesse an einer 2er WG hat. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 95m², einen Balkon an der Küche, Toilette und Bad (zwei Waschtische) sind separat, und zur Wohnung gehört natürlich ein Keller. Deine beiden Zimmer sind ca. 14m² und 16m² gross und liegen nebeneinander. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet und hat neben Platz zum Kochen natürlich auch einen Esstisch. After two years of living together, my roommate Kate is moving to Basel at the end of April, leaving our shared 4.5-room apartment in the beautiful Kreis 4 (Elsastrasse, near Lochergut). We are therefore looking for a cheerful, non-smoking roommate who is interested in a long-term 2-person shared apartment. The apartment has a total of 95m², a balcony off the kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom (two sinks), and a basement. Your two rooms are approximately 14m² and 16m² in size and are located next to each other. The kitchen is fully equipped and, in addition to space for cooking, also has a dining table.
