I would like to sublet my room in a shared flat for 6 months, starting from July 2026 as i am going travelling. My flatmate (M, 27) and i are looking for a suitable person to stay in my room during my absence.

The flat is in a great location (right next to Giesshübel station, 2 minutes from the main station). Modern kitchen, washing machine in the flat, balcony with barbecue.
