September 1st, 2025!
There’s also a possibility to move in earlier, around mid to end of August.

The room is in a
4.5-room apartment (110m²)
in a beautiful building, extremely sunny, and the room itself is facing the courtyard. The room is ~15m² and is well arranged so you can
modulate it as you like
!
It is
furnished
with a bed frame, a large wardrobe, a desk and its drawers – the
furniture is to sell
, and the price can be
negotiated
with you!


The apartment features:



* 2 balconies (one on each side of the apartment)
* 2 bathrooms divided among the roommates
* Washing machine and dryer
* Large kitchen with a dishwasher
* A parking spot is available at an additional cost, if needed


The flat is well located in Oerlikon:



* 8 min walk to Oerlikon main station
* 16 min to Zurich Airport
* 15 min to Zurich HB
* 15 min to ETH Hönggerberg

There are also many shops and gyms nearby.


About us:


We are currently 3 girls in the flat (age 25/26/27), and we are students/PhDs. We love playing Mario Kart and spending some evenings together.
We are looking for someone to replace me – someone clean, tidy, and open-minded! Also, please note that due to allergies, we cannot have someone who's a big smoker or has a pet!
