I'm an italian girl looking for a flatmate (ony girls) to share the house with starting from 15Dec2025/01Jan2026 till 01Jan2027 with the option to extend.
The apartment is located in a strategic position in the city center of Oerlikon, in front of Sternen Oerlikon tram stop, 5 minutes walking from Bahnhof Oerlikon and close to the main groceries (Coop, Migros, Lidl and Aldi).
If you are looking for a cozy, quiet and clean apartment, this is the perfect solution for you!
Most of the weekends (Friday included) I'm out of Zurich, hence the apartment will be at your complete disposal.
The furniture of the room can be kept (they are for sale) or you can bring your own furniture without problems, we can agree on it.
