Temporary or as per agreement. The rent already include the house additional charges (water, electricity and heating, weekly cleaning, consumables, tax bags, equipments and furnitures usage). Wifi can be shared via hot-spot. Consumables (taxed bin bag, toilet paper, cleaning products, light bulbs, firewood, ...) are included for convenience purpose.

Shared with 1 person living in already and travelling during winter. Looking for a responsible and respectful roommate who duly pays the rent on time and keep the shared areas clean and tidy. Smokers are welcome, a dedicated living room with fireplace as well as the terrace are free to smoke, and the rest of the apartment is smoke-free. Pets too are welcome.
