\[CH\]: Unsere wunderschöne Altbauwohnung (123m2) befindet sich in der 3. Etage ohne Lift. Wählt die Gemeinschaft auf der nächsten WG-Sitzung Dich aus, steht Dir das kleinste WG-Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsräume für angenehmes miteinander zur Verfügung. Wir freuen uns über eine Flatfox-Nachricht mit Deiner Selbstbeschreibung und Vorstellung vom WG-Leben.

Der monatliche Zahlbetrag von 595CHF ist eine All-Inclusive-Miete. Enthalten sind alle Kosten der Wohnung Nebenkosten, Betriebskosten für Elektrizität, Internet, Hygieneartikel etc.

Auf Wunsch kann die helle und in weiss gehaltene Möblierung (nicht auf den Fotos abgebildet), bestehend aus Bettgestell, Lattenrost und Matratze (je 140cm x 200 cm), Schreibtisch und Stuhl sowie Deckenlampe in den Kellerraum gestellt werden.

Dein Zimmer (keine Durchgangszimmer) ist südöstlich ausgerichtet. WiFi, Heizung und Kabelanschluss sind vorhanden, auch sonst ist dies ein Rückzugsort und Freiraum zu Deiner willkommenen Entfaltung in Abstimmung mit den WG-Mitgliedern.

Für sämtliche Mitbewohner stehen Föhn, Bügeleisen und -brett, Seife, Toilettenpapier im Gemeinschaftsbad sowie eine vollumfänglich ausgestattete Küche zur Verfügung (in Nebenkosten inklusive). Es hat zwei Bäder in der Wohnung. Waschmaschine, Tumbler/Trocker, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank und Ofen (alles 2021 ausgetauscht) befinden innerhalb unser Wohnung, weshalb auf eine Kellerwanderung verzichtet werden kann (wo sich das geräumige Kellerabteil befindet).

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral und in Rheinnähe, jedoch schön ruhig und gemütlich. Deine neue Unterkunft hat beste Verbindungen zum Stadtzentrum:
via Tramlinie 1 Halt am St. Johannstor, weniger als 300 Meter Gehdistanz;
via Busline 38 Halt an der Metzerstrasse, weniger als 300 Meter Gehdistanz;
12 Minuten zum Bahnhof SBB per Tram;
16 Minuten zum Badischen Bahnhof in Kleinbasel per Tram.

... und zu Coffee Shops und lokalen Nahrungsmittelhändlern:
direkt um die Ecke
oder 650 Meter am Burgenfelder Platz bei den Supermärkten Denner, Migros und Coop oder zwei Kreuzungen weiter bei Aldi Suisse.
Die Avia-Tankstelle am nahen Kannenfelder Park ist auch sonntags geöffnet.

... und zur Universität Basel
In der Nähe sind Biotechnologisches Zentrum, die Departments Chemie und Physik, Uni-Bibliothek, Botanischer Garten etc.

Die WG hat sich gefunden: Deine drei Mitbewohnerinnen wohnen und arbeiten gern hier, auch manchmal im Home-Office.
Wir sind:

Jana (~35): Arbeitet in der Verwaltung. Am liebsten geniesst sie Zeit mit Freunden und liebt es zu kochen.

Katharina (~30): Ich bin Katharina, Ärztin. In meiner Freizeit bin ich gern sportlich unterwegs. In der WG schätze ich eine entspannte, freundliche Atmosphäre und genieße es, ab und zu gemeinsam etwas zu unternehmen – sei es ein Kochabend, ein Spieleabend oder einfach ein nettes Gespräch in der Küche. Gleichzeitig finde ich es aber auch schön, mal einen Abend für mich zu haben. Ein gutes Miteinander, in dem jeder seinen Raum hat und wir uns trotzdem wohlfühlen, ist mir wichtig.

Michaela: Arbeitet in Basel, ist Aktuarin und Wochenaufenthalterin. Sie reist manchmal nach Deutschland. Michaela mag angenehme Gemeinschaft und auch Brettspiele.

Und nun suchen wir Dich als ein*e nette*r aufgeschlossene*r neue*r Mitbewohner*in. Ab März/April 2025 (ggf. früher/später) bist Du herzlich eingeladen einzuziehen. In der Miete sind sämtliche Kosten - inklusive Bebbisagg-Gebühren - enthalten. Wir halten die Wohnung durch Putzplan-App rein. Hinweis: Schliessanlage vorhanden, weshalb ein Schlüsselverlust hausordnungskonform leider ca. 5'000,00 CHF kostet (Haftpflichtversicherung mit Schlüsselverlust-Klausel erleichtert).

\[EN\]: Our beautiful flat (123m2) in an old building is located on the third floor without elevator. In case in the next shared flat meeting the community chooses you, you will have the smallest room and common rooms for a pleasant time together. We look forward to receiving your Flatfox message with your selfpresentation and idea of living together.

The monthly payment of 595CHF is an all-inclusive rent. Part of it are monthly operating for electricity, internet, toiletries, etc.

On request, the furniture (not shown in the photos) bed frame, slatted frame and mattress (each 140cm x 200 cm), desk and chair as well as ceiling lamp can be placed in the basement room.

Your room is facing southeast. In case you like to use the bed frame, slatted frame, mattress, feel free (or put it in the cellar). WiFi, heating and cable connection are available, and this is also a retreat and free space for your welcome development in agreement with the shared flat mates.

Hairdryer, iron and ironing board, soap, toilet paper in the shared bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen are available for all flatmates (included in service charges).

Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge and oven (all replaced in 2021) are located within our flat, so there is no need to hike to the basement (where the spacious cellar compartment is located).

The house is very central and close to the Rhine, but still nice and quiet. Your new accommodation has excellent connections to the city centre:
via tram line 1 stop at St. Johannstor, less than 300 metres walking distance;
via bus line 38 stop at Metzerstrasse, less than 300 metres walking distance;
12 minutes to SBB station by tram;
16 minutes to Badischer Bahnhof in Kleinbasel by tram.

... and to coffee shops and local food vendors:

We are:
Jana (~35): Works in administration. She enjoys spending time with friends and I loves to cook.

Katharina (~30): I'm Katharina, a doctor. In my free time, I like to do sports. I appreciate the relaxed, friendly atmosphere in the shared flat and enjoy doing things together from time to time - whether it's a cooking evening, a games evening or just a nice chat in the kitchen. At the same time, I also find it nice to have an evening to myself. It's important to me to have a good atmosphere where everyone has their own space and we still feel comfortable together.

Michaela: Works in Basel, is an actuary and weekly resident. She sometimes travels to Germany. Michaela likes good company and board games.

And now we are looking for you as a nice, open-minded new flatmate. You are welcome to move in from March/April 2025 (earlier/later possible). We are looking forward to welcoming our new flat-sharing member.

The rent includes all costs - including rubbish fees. We keep the flat clean by cleaning schedule. Note: Locking system available, which is why a key loss unfortunately costs approx. 5'000,00 CHF in accordance with the house rules (liability insurance helps).
