Wir vermieten ein WG- Zimmer in Buchs (SG Werdenberg), möbliert, komplett ausgestattet mit wöchentlicher Reinigung. Einziehen mit Koffer und gleich wohlfühlen!
Flexible Mietzeiträume zeichnen uns aus. Ideal als elegante Zwischenlösung, oder um sich erst einmal vor Ort zu orientieren. Z.B. während der Probezeit, einer Ausbildung, Entsendung ins Rheintal, bis die Familie nachzieht, die eigene langfristige Wohnung gefunden wurde etc.
An die Anbindung der Wohnung ist an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angebunden - Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Unsere Mietpreise enthalten sämtliche Nebenkosten (Wasser, Strom, Heizung ? fair use!), Möblierung, Ausstattung (inkl. Küchenausstattung), Reinigung sowie Internet. Kaution: 1 MM. Parkplatz optional: bitte anfragen.

We rent out a room in Buchs (SG Werdenberg), furnished, fully equipped and weekly cleaning.
Move in with your suitcase and feel right at home!
We are known for flexible rental periods. Ideal as an elegant interim solution or to find your way around on site. E.g. during the probationary period, an apprenticeship, posting to the Rhine Valley, until the family follows, your own long-term apartment has been found etc.
We attach importance to the connections of the apartments to public transport - bus station is just right away.
Our rental prices include all utilities (water, electricity, heating ? fair use!), furniture, equipment (including kitchen equipment), cleaning and internet. Deposit: 1 montly rent. Parking optional: please request.
