The bedroom is private, while the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared with two other tenants. The current tenants are both female, friendly and easy going, while also value cleanliness and calm.

Price: This shared apartment is managed by Room Estate, who will provide the lease. You can choose to sign the lease for 3, 6, and 12 months. (The longer the contract, the cheaper the rent). A 12-month lease costs 1290 CHF.

Utilities: Internet access via WIFI, water, gas, electricity, cleaning service, and other operating costs associated with the property are all included in the rent. The cleaning service happens once every 2 weeks.

Amenities: in-unit washer and dryer units, storage space, oven, stove, fridge, kitchen utensils, cookware, and tableware. Inside the bedroom, there is a double bed (140 x 200 cm), two bedside tables, a wooden, metal framed cabinet, a desk, a small armchair, a wardrobe, and window curtains.
