I (30m) am looking to sublet this spacious room (16m2) for 2-5 months, available immediately (3rd floor, with elevator). I recently moved into the apartment and will be travelling for a while, after which I'll often be gone for work. Perfect for a "wochenaufhalter" or as a temporary solution, with a chance of extension. I'm 30 years old, originally from the Netherlands, and would consider myself easygoing. If for whatever reason you don't agree with that, you'll often have the place to yourself anyway ;p.

The apartment is recently renovated (2024), and has a modern kitchen and bathroom that you'll be sharing with one other person (me). It has two rooms, so unfortunately no living room is available. It comes with a personal parking spot if you're interested.

Since I'm currently moving into the apartment the room is empty at the moment, but if desired I can arrange some basic furniture (bed, desk, computer monitor etc.). The kitchen will have everything you need, including a dish washer and a cappuccino machine...

The neighborhood is quiet, central and well connected. There's a direct tram to HB that takes 15 minutes (from Heuried), and several supermarkets are within a 5 minute walk. A 15 minute walk takes you into the nature on Uetliberg, which is very nice in spring and summer.
