I have a bright, fully furnished room (12m²) available for rent in my cozy apartment, ideally situated next to the Heuried tram station in Alt-Wiedikon. This peaceful neighborhood is well-connected by public transport (tram lines 9 and 14) and offers everything you need close by—supermarkets (Migros, Coop, Denner), pharmacies, lots of green areas, a gym, and a post office.

The apartment is family home, well-maintained, and the room is fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rent is CHF 1050 per month, which includes all utilities, electricity, high-speed internet, cleaning material and extra costs. A one-month deposit is required.

You'll only be sharing the apartment with me.


About me:

I'm an architect and product designer from Brazil, and after living 1 year in the USA, 15 years in Spain, and five years in Zurich, I now call this city home. I enjoy socializing occasionally but also value personal space and quiet time. I speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and understand some German and Italian. I’m easy-going and have a 5-year-old daughter who stays with me only on weekends.


About you:

Female roommate over than 30 years old, who works or study outside the home, is a non-smoker, and is easy to get along with. Cleanliness and respect for shared living spaces are really important to me.

Since I have a young daughter, I feel more comfortable sharing my home with a female roommate.
