I am looking for a new flatmate to share a 3 bedroom apartment in Oberwil b. Zug. The available room is quite large (approx 18 sq meters) and very bright (2 windows).

I am looking for a clean and respectful person, ideally between 28 and 40 years old.

The apartment, will have to be shared with me (Male, 35, working in Finance, French) and one other flatmate (Male, 34, French). None of us is there 100% of the time, so you may have the flat for yourself from time to time.

The apartment is very well located, close to the lake, nature and the train station. Zug main train station can be reached in a couple minutes.

It has a big living room with balcony (view on Zugerberg), 3 bedrooms, bathroom with toilet, and a fully equiped kitchen (including dishwasher, nespresso machine, microwave, etc.).

The appartement is fully furnished, except the bedroom. So you can furnish it according to your own taste.

Available from April 1st.

Monthly rent (incl. Nbk): 908 Fr.
Additional monthly costs: 272 Fr. to cover the following:
- Electricity
- Internet & TV
- Serafe
- Household insurance
- Cleaning lady (for common areas)
- Furniture of common areas

Please note that I will take this year a, very friendly and playing, dog (Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever), so preference will go to people that like dogs / are dog-friendly.
