I am 38 years old and offering a sunny, furnished room in a 4.0, 100m2 shared Flat. From 01.02.2025 (if necessary also end of January) until at least 30.04.2025. You will be living with me until beginning of March.
Since I am travelling for work, I will be gone most of the time. From Beginning of March I will move out for 2 months and you will either have the Flat for yourself or share it with another person in the small extra room. (slight adjustment in your rent negotiable).

\- 3 Minutes to nearest S-Bahn Station (S7, Opfikon). 5-6 minutes to Bus, Tram, and another S-Bahn Station (S9/15 and others, Glattbrugg Bahnhof).
\- 5 Minutes to various Supermarkets and Restaurants

\- Fully furnished Living Room, including new big Screen TV, Comfortable Couch, and Dinner Table.

\- 1 Day a week you will be able to use the Tumbler and Washing Machine in the Basement of the House.
\- Incoming planes usually 6am-7am on weekdays, 6-9am on weekends. Departing outbound waves around 10am and 2pm. The sound is noticable but not loud (like normal Traffic) with windows closed.
\- Temperature around 23-25 degrees, unchangeable due to Central Heating System.
