English At the Bottom :)

Wir suchen am liebsten eine Person zwischen 20 und 30, die nicht nur eine reine Zweck-WG sucht. Ordnung und Sauberkeit ist ein Muss, aber nicht übertrieben und vielleicht ab und zu für einen WG-Abend offen zu sein.

Du würdest mit Duru (w) und Lena (w) zusammen wohnen, Duru kann kein Deutsch und Lena kann besser Englisch als Deutsch, daher wäre es gut, wenn du es also auch könntest :)

Rücksichtnahme auf die anderen wäre auch noch recht wichtig, dass heißt nicht 24/7 Musik auf voller Lautstärke, also einfach ein normaler Umgang mit etwas Rücksicht, nichts Weltbewegendes :)

Die Wohnung ist (bis auf dein Zimmer) vollkommen eingerichtet.
Es ist eine 3er WG mit Dusche und Wohnküche. Zusätzlich hat es einen Kellerabteil und einen Waschraum.

Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig mit ca. 18m² und hat ein großes Fenster welches viel Licht spendet. In der ganzen Wohnung wird mit Fußbodenheizung geheizt und bis auf die Küche und das Bad ist die Wohnung mit Parkett ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von Luzern und ist super angebunden
Aldi, Migros und Coop: 350m entfernt
Hauptbahnhof: 800m
Bushaltestelle Pilatusplatz: 200m

Standart Antworten werden nicht beachtet, Datum für den Einzug kann man als Fest ansehen.

We’re ideally looking for someone between 20 and 30 who isn't just looking for a purely functional living arrangement. Tidiness and cleanliness are a must—though not to an obsessive degree—and we’d love someone who is open to the occasional shared evening together.

You’d be living with Duru (f) and Lena (f). Duru doesn't speak German, and Lena’s English is better than her German, so it would be great if you speak English too :)

Being considerate of others is also important—meaning no music at full volume 24/7; just normal, considerate behavior—nothing too demanding :)

The apartment is fully furnished (except for your room).
It’s a shared flat for three people, featuring a shower and an eat-in kitchen. There is also a basement storage unit and a laundry room.

The room is very spacious (approx. 18 m²) and has a large window that lets in plenty of light. The entire apartment has underfloor heating and features parquet flooring in every room except the kitchen and bathroom.

The apartment is located in the center of Lucerne with excellent transport links:
Aldi, Migros, and Coop: 350m away
Main train station: 800m
Pilatusplatz bus stop: 200m
