Hellooo! I’m moving out of my room in a shared flat in Wiedikon and I’m looking for someone to take it over.
You will be sharing the flat with two German speaking guys.
Its a very cozy flat, right next to the tram stop Schmiede wiedikon, so it’s around 10/15 mins from HB and city centre. Supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants are 2 mins walking distance.
A deposit of 3 months is required and the contract for the lease should be at least for one year. You would also need to take over the furniture for a small price that can be decided together. There’s also a common laundry room in the basement.
Move in date is going to be from september the 20th forward.
