Unser Mitbewohner zieht mit seinem Freund zusammen. Deshalb suchen wir – Rebekka & John (beide 34) sowie Giorgia (25) – ab 01.02. eine:n neue:n Untermieter:in für unsere wunderschöne 5-Zimmer-Wohnung (137 m²) mitten in Zürich.

Kurz gesagt: Diese Wohnung ist ein kleines Juwel. Eine seltene Kombination aus Altbau-Charme und modernem Komfort, direkt im Zentrum der Stadt.

Die Wohnung

• Hohe Stuckdecken und hochwertiger Fischgrät-Parkett
• Grosszügiger Korridor mit Einbauschränken und indirekter Beleuchtung
• Moderne Küche mit Induktionsherd, Steamer, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kochinsel und viel Stauraum
• Grosses Badezimmer mit Walk-in-Dusche, freistehender Badewanne und eigenem Waschturm
• Zusätzliches, separates WC
• Grosszügiges Wohnzimmer (20.7 m²)
• Zwei Kellerabteile (eines davon zur Mitbenutzung)
• Wöchentliche Putzkraft

• CHF 1’450.– pro Monat
• Zusätzlicher Stauraum im Einbauschrank im Korridor

Was uns wichtig ist

Wir wünschen uns eine Person, die:

• nicht nur eine Zweck-WG sucht, sondern sich aktiv am WG-Leben beteiligt
• rücksichtsvoll ist und Sauberkeit & Ordnung in den Gemeinschaftsräumen schätzt
• Lust auf gelegentliche WG-Znächte und auch mal eine WG-Party hat
• lärmtolerant ist – die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Langstrasse (gute Fenster vorhanden, neue, noch bessere Fenster sind geplant)
• Nichtraucher:in ist (rauchfreie Wohnung, kein Balkon)

Zu uns

Rebekka ist schulische Heilpädagogin und arbeitet mit Kindern mit Sehbeeinträchtigung. Sie kocht gerne, ist sportlich aktiv, singt in einem Chor und mag gesellige Unternehmungen. John arbeitet als Product Manager, macht regelmässig Homeoffice, treibt Sport und lernt derzeit Gitarre und Chinesisch.

Wir sind seit 5.5 Jahren ein Paar, waren ein Jahr gemeinsam auf Reisen und haben danach in separaten WGs gelebt. Wir schätzen den Austausch im WG-Alltag genauso wie Rückzugsmöglichkeiten in den eigenen Zimmern.

Giorgia arbeitet in einer Agentur und zieht per 01.04. ebenfalls mit ihrem Freund zusammen. Ihr würdet also nur für kurze Zeit gemeinsam wohnen 🙂

Our current flatmate is moving in with his boyfriend, which is why we – Rebekka & John (both 34) and Giorgia (25) – are looking for a new subtenant from February 1st 2026 for our beautiful 5-room apartment (137 m²) in the heart of Zurich.

In short: this apartment is a little gem. A rare combination of classic old-building charm and modern comfort, right in the city center.

The Apartment

• Spacious hallway with built-in wardrobes and indirect lighting

The Room

• CHF 1,450.– per month
• Additional storage space in the built-in hallway wardrobe

We’re looking for someone who:

• is not just looking for a “functional” flatshare, but wants to actively participate in WG life
• is considerate and values cleanliness and order in shared spaces
• enjoys the occasional shared dinners and is up for a WG party now and then
• is comfortable with some noise – the apartment is located directly on Langstrasse
• (good windows are installed, and even better ones are planned)
• is a non-smoker (smoke-free apartment, no balcony)

About Us

Rebekka is a special-needs teacher working with children with visual impairments. She enjoys cooking, staying active, singing in a choir, and socializing with friends.

John works as a Product Manager, does regular home office, enjoys sports, and is currently learning guitar and Chinese.

We’ve been a couple for 5.5 years, spent one year traveling together, and lived in separate shared apartments afterward. We value open exchange in daily WG life as much as having time and space to retreat into our own rooms.

Giorgia works at an agency and will also be moving in with her boyfriend on April 1st, so you would only be sharing the flat with her for a short time 🙂
