we are two girls (25 and 26) looking for a new roommate between 25 and 35 years who can move into our beautiful home from the first of May 2025. It would be very important that the person is willing to take over the lease. We’d prefer a person, who is already working, but if you have a stable study life you can get back to us as well. Our most spoken language in the flat is english, thats why it would be important that you speak english and maybe also french!
The room has 18m2 and costs 1040 Chf/month, all expenses included. The bed can be taken over for free. We have a huge living room and kitchen and love spending time together. The location of the apartement is very central, 1 min from Pérolles Campus, 5 min with the bus to go to the trainstation.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un nouveau colocataire, entre 25 et 35 ans, homme si possible afin de respecter une certaine équité. La date d'emménagement idéale pour nous serais à partir du 1er mai 2025. Nous parlons principalement anglais entre nous donc il serait préférable que la personne parle anglais et français en bonus.
