We are offering a room in a shared flat located in the
heart of Enge
(8002 Zürich),
available from mid-August or September.
The
starting of the rental period is flexible, and short-term sublets can be discussed
. Current rent is CHF 2,127 but it will be lowered to CHF 2,087 starting from October.


The apartment is in a quiet yet very central neighbourhood — just
2 minutes walk from Tunnelstrasse (Trams 6, 7, 13, 17)

4 minutes walk to Bahnhof Enge
with direct train connections to HB, Oerlikon, the airport, and Zug, and
3 minutes walk to Rentenanstalt (Tram 5)

Lake Zurich is 4 minutes walk and Paradeplatz 10minutes walk
. Different grocery stores are nearby and those at Bahnhof Enge are also open on Sundays. The area also offers plenty of

You’ll be sharing the apartment with a friendly and easygoing 30-year-old male flatmate who is passionate about sports (especially running)
