You’ll be living in a bright, new and welcoming 4.5-room apartment:
• The big kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, pans, cutlery and everything you need for cooking.
• The living room is very large, with the dining table for 8 people, sofa and a lot of sunlight.
• There’s a big terrace and garden access – ideal for evenings or a morning coffee outside
• Plus: the laundry room is shared with other two flats only and therefore not so used. No laundry queques.

We’re two young professionals (aged 33 and 35) who work in the city. Our home and the atmosphere are very important to us. For that reason, we're looking for someone easy-going, respectful, clean, and open to shared living spaces.
